Broke down today on a dual carriageway and DMR got to me within about 25 minutes, dropped me off at home (via a cashpoint) and are going to deposit the bike at the garage in the morning, once I've rung them to tell them its coming. Job done. Didn't cost the earth and got me home so quick that I was able to get in the car and get to where I was originally going. Top marks. Hope I never need them again, but now have their number in the phone. Just in case.

Great service and very reasonable. He was at least £60 cheaper than than any quote I got. He has a fully equipped van, is very friendly and helped me get my bike home after a crash shattered my crank case and I lost all the oil from the engine.

Excellent and friendly service. I called him out late to recover my stolen bike from the Police pound. When held up by an accident he realised we were going to miss the repair shop and rearranged delivery for next morning with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Went to a bike event last sunday and unfortunately broke down on the way home (stupid nails in the road), luckily someone had told me about DMR recovery service so gave them a call, they where with me in no time and quickly had me loaded up and on the way home.
the man that picked my bike up was very professional and knowledgeable I even had him come out later in the week to fit a ground anchor at my property.

This company was the only one which I could get at short notice to recover a crashed bike from the police pound, the bike had bent wheels and I needed a recovery van which could enter car pounds(special type of insurance!), he was there early and he waited for me with no complaints, very professional and clean yet friendly, he even Lifted up the bike into by its front wheel into my garage and emailed me a receipt quickly.
